Localization is the process of making something local in character or restricting it to a particular place. Any business that wants to sell in a different country should first study the targeted countries language, culture and climatic and geographical conditions to adapt its product features to the local needs. Localization means to change more than simply the language. From websites, mobile apps, software, user manuals, payment methods, and even customer support, localizing all parts of the customer interfaces will help your customers make a buying decision much more easily. This is essential for gaining their trust and in turn forming a long term relationship. • Recruitment: We do not believe that mere knowledge of language or being native of a language does not mean one can become a translator. Our recruitment process involves testing and reviewing on a continuous basis for eliminating any complacency or stylistic issues.
• Domain Knowledge: All our translators editors and proofreaders are either native translators or graduates and postgraduates of the subject matter under consideration. It is mandatory that the translators live in the target country for at least 3 years pursuing studies in the target language medium.
• Accountability: We are accountable for our translation and take care to verify and review the translation before it is released for use. Processes are in place to ensure timely and accurate translation that guarantees consistency in terminology usage
• Post Translation: Processes ensure matching of layouts and formats of the source and target documents. Corrections to the target text, if any are required, will be done free of cost and on a priority basis.
• Project management: We have dedicated project managers assigned to large projects that require maintaining terminology consistency over time and among different translators. At the beginning of such projects the team assigned to the project studies the material received, identifies terminology to be used and prepares the cat tool to be used in the product.
